Beth’s most impactful programme is 6 months of intentional, intimate, and immersive 1:1 work for t1ds who are ready to find acceptance with their condition, and understand what their minds and bodies need to make t1d life easier.

By the end of the programme, you will understand your body’s nutrition requirements, identify your glucose patterns, have practical psychological tools to lean on when you hit a roadblock, feel less alone in managing your condition.

- 1 x initial 60-minute assessment

- 11 x 45-minute sessions, each fortnight

- A roadmap that covers: the foundations (months 1 + 2); nailing the nitty-gritty (months 3 + 4); fine-tuning and future-proofing (months 5 + 6)

- Actionable goals that aim to increase your TIR without compromising your food relationship

Beth Edwards

I’m a BANT-registered nutritional therapist and a trainee health psychologist.

I’m utterly obsessed with putting type 1 diabetes on the map, holding space for people living with T1D, and uplifting their voices so that we can break free of the stigmas and isolation that often co-occur with this condition.

I’ve lived with T1D since she was 9, so this is support for T1Ds, by someone with T1D.

The one thing that unites my clients, whether they’re a childminder or a coffee roaster, is that they share a desire to live on their own terms, they want to be the best versions of themselves, and they refuse to settle for anything less than optimal health.

I help them make that happen and I can do the same for you.

  • My team will book in our fortnightly sessions and will sign you up to my client software, Penocch.io. You’ll need to complete some paperwork and ‘prep’ work before we begin. Then it’s time to get started!

    Fundamentally, this is why working with me as a partnership. This often shifts expectations around the power dynamic you may expect or have experienced in a different healthcare setting.

  • Absolutely! My clinic is virtual and all sessions are conducted over Zoom, so geography will never be a barrier to this work.
